The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Facilities Client Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll manage facility maintenance projects, coordinate field teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and oversee HVAC, electrical, and general contracting work orders
- Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Negotiate vendor pricing and procure equipment/materials
- Dispatch technicians/vendors quickly and effectively
- Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and correspondence
- Review job costs monthly and report on profitability
- Lead and support team members to deliver top-quality service
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in client account management
- 1+ year experience with CMMS software
- Facilities management or project coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Supervisory/leadership experience
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons
